These terms govern your use of Funbet (funbet.co.at), an independent information portal covering online gambling. By accessing any page on this site you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please leave the site now.
Who we are and what this site does
This portal is operated independently and is not affiliated with the gambling operator it reviews. We publish factual information, analysis, and commentary about online casinos and sportsbooks available to players in the United Kingdom. We do not process bets, hold accounts, or handle payments — those services are provided by the operators we cover, under their own terms.
Our role is strictly editorial. We research, verify where possible, and present information to help you make informed decisions. Any registration, deposit, or bet you place is between you and the operator directly.
Definitions
"The Site" means funbet.co.at and all its pages. "We", "us", "our" refers to the editorial team operating this portal. "You", "your" means any person accessing or using the Site. "Content" covers all text, images, tables, data, and other material published here. "Operator" means the gambling business reviewed on these pages.
Your obligations as a user
You must be 18 years of age or over (18+) to use this site. Gambling is restricted to adults in the UK, and we take that restriction seriously. By continuing past the homepage you confirm you meet this requirement.
You agree not to scrape, copy, republish, or otherwise misuse the Content for commercial purposes without written permission. Personal, non-commercial use — reading, bookmarking, sharing a link — is fine. Bulk extraction, automated harvesting, or reselling our analysis is not.
You must comply with UK law when using this site and when gambling online. If your jurisdiction prohibits online gambling, it is your responsibility to stop — we cannot police where you access the internet from.
Ownership and intellectual property
All Content on this site — articles, tables, commentary, structure, design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by UK copyright law. The Funbet brand name and logo are the property of the operator; our use of them here is strictly for factual reporting and identification.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Content without explicit permission. Linking to our pages from your own site is allowed; copying our articles wholesale and presenting them as your own is not.
What we are not responsible for
This site provides information only. We do not guarantee that every detail is current — operators change their terms, add or remove games, and adjust limits without notice. We update our pages when we can, but lag is inevitable. Always check the operator's own terms before you deposit.
We are not liable for any loss, financial or otherwise, arising from your use of this site or your gambling activity. If you sign up with the operator based on something you read here and the experience differs — a bonus is smaller, a limit is tighter, a game is unavailable — that is between you and them, not us.
We make no warranties about the Site's availability. Downtime happens, and we are not liable for any interruption to your access.
Links to other sites
We link to the operator's own pages, to regulators, and to responsible-gambling resources. Those sites are not under our control. We do not endorse their content and are not responsible for what you find there. A link is not a recommendation — it is a pointer to where you can verify something yourself.
Data protection
Your use of this site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we handle it. By using the Site you agree to that policy as well. The short version: we collect minimal data (technical logs, contact-form submissions if you write to us), we do not sell it, and you have rights under UK GDPR to access or delete what we hold.
Age restriction
Access to this site is restricted to persons aged 18 and over (18+). If you share a device with someone under 18, take steps to prevent their access — browser restrictions, parental-control software, or simply keeping the site out of their history. Minors and gambling do not mix, and we are serious about that boundary.
Service availability
We provide this site "as is" and reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue it at any time, with or without notice. We may update Content, remove pages, or restructure sections as we see fit. Continued availability is not guaranteed.
Responsible gambling
Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money. If it stops being fun — if you are chasing losses, hiding your activity, or betting money you cannot afford to lose — stop and get help. Free, confidential support is available in the UK:
- National Gambling Helpline: 0808 8020 133 (24/7, free from mobiles and landlines) — gamcare.org.uk
- BeGambleAware: begambleaware.org for information, tools, and links to treatment services
- GamStop: gamstop.co.uk — free national self-exclusion across all UK-licensed sites
If you gamble with the operator, use their deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion tools. They exist for a reason.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the revised version will appear on this page with a new "last updated" date at the bottom. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the new terms. Check back occasionally if you want to stay current.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from your use of this site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions continue in full force. The invalid part is replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the original intent.
Contact
Questions about these terms? Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 48 hours. For issues with your account, deposits, or withdrawals, contact the operator directly — we cannot help with those.
